KIDDERPORE AVENUE

KIDDERPORE AVE NW3

Complete reconfiguration of a 1500 sqft flat in a Conservation area in Hampstead, in collaboration with Interior Designer David Bentheim
Year: 2019
Budget: na

We undertook a personal journey with the client, who was very attached to this apartment, which was in the family for a long while.. The starting point was the requirement from the client to achieve an open plan kitchen with the same storage space as in their previous property. The dining room side has an abstract outlook, with storages containing crockery and beverages and space for more. Against this backdrop, we introduced a large dining table sitting 14. By opening up the kitchen and living room through to the snug, we managed to create long vistas and unexpected connections between the spaces. A bold colour scheme was implemented throughout, some of the existing furniture was re upholstered.
To this date the client states that 'in this flat I feel like I am always in holidays'.
